As part of the James Bond: 60 Years of James Bond charity auction, Christie’s hosted a Lates event around the sale view.
Christie’s Lates are a series of events which are open to the public and allow the auction house to showcase the sales on view as well as entertaining guests. The programme of events throughout the evening included a panel discussion with EON Archive Director Meg Simmonds, Special Effects Supervisor Chris Corbould OBE and Associate Costume Designer Michael Mooney, hosted by David Walliams, two talks with the ‘No Time to Die’ stunt riders, a martini bar, a James Bond themed photobooth, a screening of ‘No Time to Die’ with Everyman Cinema, James Bond watch handling sessions and an EON book and poster shop.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working with external clients and specialist departments to make decisions on the plan of the event
Using creativity and working as a team to brainstorm ideas
Communicating with external suppliers to ensure everyone knew the plan for set up and schedule of the event
Working with colleagues to deliver the event successfully
Creating and managing the ticketing page
Answering client queries about the event
