Event Details:

Christie’s Lates event around the Classic Art sale season with over 800 attendees. This event had a panel discussion, specialist tours around the Macabre exhibition, a goldwork embroidery and silversmith workshop, a range of demonstrations including a painting restorer, a string quartet band and a photo booth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the registrations leading up to the event

• Co-ordinating some of the suppliers leading up to and on the day of the event

• Working with colleagues to request stakeholder requirements and to lead the event as a team

• Creating the ticketing page and working with marketing to stick to branding guidelines
