Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating forward friendly evites via the inhouse invitation creation system
Working with external event managers to organise our requirements
Working with external catering teams to create an informal breakfast setting before or after the tours
Co-ordinating the curators and hosts at the event to ensure the tours run smoothly
Collecting RSVPs and using our guestlist system, Zkipster, to check-in guests at the event
