Event Details:

This Christie’s Lates was to celebrate Lunar New year - Year of the Rabbit. With over 2,000 attendees throughout the evening, the event consisted of an in conversation with Tim Yip, a screening of Crouching Tiger with Everyman Cinema, workshops including fan painting and calligraphy, a digital installation by artist Scarlett Yang and traditional Chinese dancers and musicians.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing stakeholder requirements through liaising with internal departments

• Working with security throughout the evening to ensure safety was met with the high numbers of attendees

• Delegating roles out to team members to ensure the event was a success

• Working with marketing on creating the website, invitations and ticketing page

• Collecting registrations and answering client questions leading up to the event

• Briefing the photographer, check-in and cloakroom staff and other staff members to make sure everyone knew the plan for the event
