Note to Self Launch Party

Event Details:
The Note to Self Launch Party at Christie’s was to celebrate the exhibition, curated by Mashonda Tifrere, and to close off International Women’s Month. During this event they had a drinks sponsor, Spearhead Spirits and a small talk by one of Christie’s art specialists.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working with an external agency for guest list management and making sure to meet the client’s needs.
Communicating with colleagues for specific requirements in order for the event to be a success
Managing the event on the night from briefing check-in and cloakroom staff and photographers to making sure the drinks sponsor could successfully cater for everyone there.
