Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working with an external event manager by arranging regular meetings and answering any logistical questions about Christie’s

• Organising the install of the artworks with St James’s Church and Christie’s saleroom team

• Producing bid spotter forms and briefing the team before the auction

• Working out a process for St James’s Church to make payment and collection on the night

• Being responsible for producing agreements and other legal documents between parties

• Working with an external caterer by arranging site visits and a kitchen handover to make sure they could produce their high quality food successfully

• Arranging AV and specific requests for the event to sustain a good relationship with the client
