Event Details:
A 30 people lunch in the Gordon Castle Walled Gardens, followed by a tour of the gardens by the owners and head gardener to celebrate the annual Historic Houses Foundation Garden of the Year Awards Winner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the RSVP’s and dietaries from clients
Organising the catering with the garden caterers
Organising the flowers with the florist
Researching and booking a photographer and briefing them on the day
Creating menus and table cards
Creating the evite using our in-house invite creation system
General management of the event on the day
Booking accommodation and travel for the team
