40 people wine tasting at the London Business School to celebrate Christie’s ‘The Visionary’s Spectacular Cellar’ Wine sale, which was sold to further the positive impact of London Business School.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working for with an external event manager
Organising the wine, catering, tasting notes, flowers and decoration of the event
Booking in a photographer and briefing them in advance
Working with the external event manager on making sure the logistics of the event ran smoothly (e.g. microphones for talks, working out the route guests would take, organising a cloakroom)
Creating the evite and managing RSVPs and check-in
