Surrealism and 20th & 21st Century Brunch

Event Details:
To kickstart Christie’s 20th and 21st Century and Surrealism March sales, the department wanted to host a 400 guest brunch, with elements for both the clients and their children, with a streamline theme of surrealism, in particular focussing on the Magritte that was up for auction. To stick on theme, the brunch had a tartine and pastry bar, partnering with Le Deli Rubochon, ‘surreal’ canapes, a London Essence surreal cocktail bar and a kids activity area, provided by purple dragon.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coming up with creative ideas and presenting them to the department to ensure the event brief is being met
Working with different external brands and suppliers and being the key contact to organise the logistics and concepts leading up to the event
Collecting RSVPs and continuously updating the teams on RSVP numbers and queries
Creating the full schedule for the day of the event so all internal stakeholders are aware of the plan
Being present at the event, solving problems and queries throughout the event
