Managing RSVPs and client communication
Creatively working with the catering company to produce on brand catering
Designing the layout and colour scheme of the room based on a brief and creative research
Using ExhibitaPro to visualise the event layout
Liasing with the client/department to ensure brief and concept were aligned
Producing and communication operation plans and schedules
Liasing closely with the video producers to ensure smooth running of the filming
