Christie’s Lates | Radical Thinking: Vivienne Westwood, The Personal Collection

To showcase Vivienne Westwood’s Personal Collection, Christie’s hosted a Lates event with an overarching theme of Radical Thinking. The evening included workshops with Letters to the Earth, which Vivienne supported, panel discussions and talks around her collection, a sustainable wine on tap bar alongside London Essence and Sipsmith and a live DJ set with DJs for Climate Action.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely with the marketing manager and design team to align Christie’s brand goals and strategy for the event
Managing relationships and communications with all all external suppliers and participants
Producing the full schedule and operational plan to ensure smooth delivery
Budget management
Producing a registration form and managing client queries
Leading on operational meetings with with the security team, AV, facilities, catering and the wider operations team
Researching ideas at the early stages of planning to stay on theme
