As part of the Mark Knopfler Guitar Collection sale, Imanaged the Christie’s Lates event to showcase the sale to the public. This event consisted of several talks throughout the evening, a guitar making demonstration, a photobooth, a pop-up cinema showing films with Mark Knopfler’s soundtracks and bars provided by Portobello Road Gin and Burnt Mil Brewery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing all logistics and working with the Lates team to curate the programme of the event
Working closely with the marketing manager to produce on assets that align with the sale messaging and brand
Being the key contact for all suppliers. Arranging site visits and meetings to collate all relevant details ahead of the event
Creating the full schedule for the day of the event so all internal stakeholders were aligned with the plan
Producing the registration form and managing client queries
Leading briefing meetings and walkthroughs with the security team, AV, facilities, catering and the wider operations team
