This Christie’s Lates was to celebrate Lunar New year - Year of the Rabbit. With over 2,000 attendees throughout the evening, the event consisted of an in conversation with Tim Yip, a screening of Crouching Tiger with Everyman Cinema, workshops including fan painting and calligraphy, a digital installation by artist Scarlett Yang and traditional Chinese dancers and musicians.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing stakeholder requirements and being the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved
Working in conjunction with security throughout the evening to ensure safety was met with the high numbers of attendees
Team delegation and management
Aligning ideas with the marketing manager to ensure consistent branding across all assets and socials
Collecting registrations and communicating with guests
Managing suppliers and staff on the lead up and night of the event
