The Wheel of Time: Wallace Chan Dinners

Two dinners, on consecutive evenings, to celebrate Christie’s ‘The Wheel of Time’ Wallace Chan exhibition. Each dinner was for around 30 people and included a live harp performance during the reception, as guests arrived.
Roles and Responsibilities
Researching the artist and client brief to produce a creative mood board for both nights
Collaborating with the florist and catering to design an artistic tablescape
Managing RSVPs and communicating with clients attending the dinner
Designing event collateral including menu cards
Working closely with the marketing manager and designer to produce invitations
Managing the logistical setup and schedule
Pitching ideas to the department
