The first Christie’s Lates of 2025, welcoming over 1,000 people into the building to celebrate Christie’s Islamic and Indian art and carpets sale. The Lates consisted of a vibrant line-up of talks, performances, exhibitions and workshops that explore the rich history and enduring influence of these artistic traditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Producing the full schedule of the evening, working closely with the different interal operation teams to logistically plan ahead

  • Managing relationships and being the main point of contact with brands and organisations involved with the event

  • Producing and overseeing the project tracker to efficiently keep on top of all elements of the event

  • Leading regular meetings with security, catering, facilities, AV and the wider operations teams to update and communicate the plan for set up and the event itself

  • Delegating roles out to the events team to ensure there’s support throughout the evening

  • Leading the team and communicating updates throughout the planning stage

  • Managing the budget for the event and making decisions on where the budget is spent

  • Working closely with the marketing team to brief in the design elements of the event (e.g. logo, website, programming etc…) and social team, to ensure Christie’s brand is reaching a larger audience

  • Tying in Christie’s pillar of sustainability into the event through arranging sustainable wines to be sold at the bar
