Roles and Responsibilities
Producing and presenting creative briefs to the hosts
Researching the artist to come up with creative and unique ideas for the dinner
Briefing in marketing assets and ideas for the event to align with Christie’s branding
Liasing with the florist, caterer, venue, photographer and AV production throughout
Communicating regular updates internally and externally
Delegating roles to team members to ensure the event ran smoothly
Collating RSVPs and creating a communication plan to ensure the best experience for clients attending
Budget management
Creating schedules, reviewing contracts and delivering the event on the day
