Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working out the logistics and schedule of the event, taking into account client and different stakeholder needs

• Using inspiration from the artwork to design the dinner table, working with the catering team, the hosts and florists

• Collaborating with external caterers, Akub Restaurant, and being the main contact leading up to the event

• Designing the menu cards to link with the colour scheme of the dinner

• Collecting RSVPs and answering client queries

• Working with the AV team to ensure the panel discussion went as planned

• Being on hand for last minute requests (e.g. change of music during the dinner and a change of seating plan)
