Event Details:
To close the Thierry Noir: Techno exhibition, Christie’s hosted a party for 200 people in collaboration with Fabric. The evening included a set from Fabric’s Resident DJ Bobby. and themed bars, serving Berlin beers and drinks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organising regular catch ups with the team to understand the exact requirements for the party
Working with external stakeholders to plan a schedule for the event and meet their needs
Thinking creatively alongside the team to link the party with the theme of the event
Working with the marketing team to create the invite
Collecting RSVP’s and answering client queries
Being the middle person between the external stakeholders and the department to liase and plan the event as a collaboration
