Event Details:
Christie’s hosted the annual Historic Houses Garden of the Year Lunch at Wentworth Woodhouse for 50 guests, followed by a garden tour with the head gardener
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working with the event driver and external caterers to meet needs and manage expectations
Arranging regular meetings to update and communicate the plan for the day
Working with the head gardener on the flowers for the table
Researching and booking a photographer and briefing them on the day
Creating menus and table cards
Managing the budget for the event
General management of the event on the day to ensure the event went to plan
