Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating inspo boards based on the brief and research of the artist

• Researching florists and working with the chosen one, to come up with the dinner table designs

• Working with the catering team to match the tableware to the rest of the theme of the exhibition and flowers

• Co-ordinating the menu choices and dietaries between the department and catering team

• Collecting the RSVPs

• Designing the menu cards and working with a calligrapher to ensure they were presented at a high standard

• Working with the marketing team to create the evite

• Creating a schedule for the evening to ensure there was enough time for set up before the guests arrived and staff members knew what the plan was for the night

• Researching potential musicians and presenting all ideas to the department to ensure their needs and wants were met
